This is one of the best kept secrets in the South loop. Tucked away on 18th st between Indiana and Prairie Ave, this park is an oasis in the SL. The park is home the Clarke House which is also the oldest house in the city! They give weekend tours and have special events in through out the summer. Across the street from the park on Prairie you also have Millionaire's Row which have some of the most beautiful old houses in the city including Marshall Field's old mansion.  The park also has a getting sitting area where the Chicago Wind Symphony will host a few concerts through out the summer. Next door to the park is Spoke & Bird which is a great farm-to-table bistro where you can grab something for a picnic or stay for a few on their patio. It is the type of park you can spend all day lounging or have a great time with the family.
