Time Out says

The Chicago Cubs unveiled this public plaza adjacent to Wrigley Field at the beginning of the 2017 baseball season. Known for its first year simply as the Park at Wrigley, in 2018 it was rechristened Gallagher Way as part of a multiyear marketing partnership with suburban insurance brokerage Gallagher. In addition to gameday events, Gallagher Way hosts concerts, movie screenings, tasting events and other free and ticketed events throughout baseball season.
