The Chicago Cubs unveiled this public plaza adjacent to Wrigley Field at the beginning of the 2017 baseball season. Known for its first year simply as the Park at Wrigley, in 2018 it was rechristened Gallagher Way as part of a multiyear marketing partnership with suburban insurance brokerage Gallagher. In addition to gameday events, Gallagher Way hosts concerts, movie screenings, tasting events and other free and ticketed events throughout baseball season.

What a great addition to Wrigley Field!
On a game day, you can go here before, during and after the game as long as you have a ticket. The grassy area is great of you brought kids and they can run around and you won't miss any of the game with the large screen there is. Though, I'd recommend watching the game live and only using this as a short break.
I'd recommend this for a break if you bring kids to a game but be careful because there is NO SHADE during day games.
