Time Out says

Originally a century-old vacant tannery, Rockwell on the River has evolved into a stunning riverfront entertainment destination complete with European-style cobblestone courtyards and original sculptures scattered throughout its grounds. Situated on three acres bordering the north branch of the Chicago River, tenants include a craft coffee roastery, distillery, marina, boat docks, riverside dining and an 18,000-square-foot event space.

All Paws On Deck

The Chicago Boat Company and Chicago Canine Rescue are bringing back their second annual All Paws on Deck event at Rockwell on the River. Head to the Avondale spot to board a Duffy Boat alongside adoptable dogs and enjoy gelato from Dolce Arte (there will also be pup cups, of course).
