Where are all these people coming from? The fact that this massive bar can open just blocks from Paris Club, Hub 51, Rockit, etc. and be bursting with a duplicate crowd—yet not take away from how packed those places are—is mind-boggling. The first floor is mostly seated patrons; walk upstairs to mingle under a retractable roof. Either way, grab a bite to eat. Snagging Kendal Duque (Sepia’s opening chef) was a boon for this bar. Heads up: Side tables later give way to bottle service, and female bartenders wear low-cut, skintight black dresses with triangle cutouts in the back. We don’t know what male bartenders wear because we don’t see one.
