You gotta give it to them on the decor: The Eat Well Drink Better guys (Grand Central, English) decked this place out with a colorful array of Mexicanish, folk-artish tchotchkes, and the resulting room looks great. We think it's the room's energy, not the margaritas complete with palm-tree swizzle-sticks, that bring the weekend queues out the door.
