Wisecracking bartender Colleen is the heart and soul of this otherwise unremarkable neighborhood dive, and she’ll mix you an extra-strong Sunny D mai tai if you let her. The pub is named after owners Chuck and Sharon, who live behind the pub and have their names engraved on placards next to neon comedy and tragedy masks that hang above the bar.
