The Virgin Hotel's rooftop bar is Cerise, which is located on the hotel's 26th floor and features a variety of cocktails, wine, sake and beer. If you need a bite to eat, there's an izakaya-inspired, small plates menu with veggie spring rolls, sashimi and more. Head downstairs to the door marked with a painted lock for a "secret" bar, which has a separate drink list and hosts live music.

This place has an amazing view, and offers some of Chicago's vest tastemakers, who book live DJs of renown. Some of the best known house music dhs in the world will play here, for free, for a very intimate set with a wonderful rooftop view if the city.
The only downsides are this:
1. They charge tax on every single beverage purchase, which is slow and obnoxious.
2. You gave to go all the way downstairs to smoke
3. You might have to wait in line outside while the communication of staff slowly allows more people up.
It has a rather limited capacity when the patio is closed, after 11pm.
The drinks are above average in price, not amazing, and the tax pushes into the realm of being obnoxious.
That said: it us one if my very favourute to enjoy house music. Go for the Sin Label events, they are free, and quite a good time!
