Keep your chair in the direction of the view (a 15th-floor vantage point with the river, and all the blinking buildings along it, in clear sight) and a cocktail in your hand (despite the name, the “Zentini” actually isn’t bad). If you do, you’ll find that you’re not in the lobby of the Holiday Inn after all—you’re out on the town. (Or, at the very least, out over it.)
