If it weren’t for all the black-and-white photographs on the walls, or the curvaceous cocktail-lounge bar, this place would be your typical sports joint. Likewise, if it didn’t have so many televisions (and you threw in a cocktail program), it’d make a nice cocktail club. But at present Clover is trying to be both of these things, the result of which is it’s neither.
