A few blocks from Lyric Opera and just off the river, this beautifully set-up bar is a primo spot if you need a little "you time" after dark. Stop by around 9pm, when most of the after-work crowd has headed home. When scarcely populated, the polished wood and brass decor, high ceilings and old-time photographs evoke a Chicago-of-yesteryear feel that’s hard to find.
