I live in a former meat locker!” condo. Belly up to the prominent dark-wood bar at night or nurse your hangover at the spot’s weekend Bloody Effen Brunch—the lights are dim, the TVs subdued and the by-request “tater smash” (basically mashed-up Tater Tots and onions) plenty greasy.
