The second incarnation of this popular local bar offers an amazing riverfront view, but the vibe is still the same: busy bayou decor, live bands and referential menus (who knew Old Style is a “Yuppie Beer”?). Though somewhat of a tourist trap, Dick’s is still a solid choice if you’re roaming the area in need of a drink and want laid-back, comfortable and crass.

I took a group of girls here for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect atmosphere. If you're not familiar with this place, they're rude to you on purpose, just like Ed Debevick's. We were greeted by a hostess who asked, "Which one of you is the bitch getting married?" We were then forced to wear what looks like dunce hats, with grosse phrases written on the front. Definitely a "trashy but fun" place to take a group. The food was just okay, but the atmosphere makes up for it.
