Trixies and Chads, tacked-on Dillinger memorabilia and a paltry beer selection might be obstructing the view, but the antique bar and Tiffany-style lamps at this cozy Lincoln Park tap (formerly the Toasted Ox and Lucille's) are the best places to rest your gaze. Surprisingly good burgers come in a variety and heft comparable to Kuma's, which makes them less like Public Enemies (as they're denoted on the menu) and more like Drinking Friends.
