It’s all old-world charm at this “Downtown Bar with a Neighborhood Atmosphere,” even if it took raiding grandma’s attic to pull it off. Somehow faded leopard carpeting, mismatched Tiffany-style lamps and a cash register from 1912 all gel together. Grab a stool at the bar or sprawl out at one of the many open booths. Either way, you’ll be looking at the same faces night after night; that is, if you can see them behind the sloppy ribs they’re scarfing.
