The South Loop location of this pizza empire tries to get hip to the surrounding Columbia College kids with mason-jar chandeliers, a pair of wines on tap, a dozen taps devoted exclusively to local breweries (such as 5 Rabbit, Two Brothers and Revolution) and an updated menu with innovations like a charcuterie plate and caprese salad in a jar. Lest you go all sacre bleu in horror, the bulk of the menu is still good ol' deep-dish.
