If you missed out on Goose Island's Bourbon County Stout for the past few years, or you just can't get enough of the stuff, head to Acre on Nov 18. They've been cellaring BCS from 2011, 2012 and 2013 and will be pouring ten ounce snifters of the stuff from 5pm until they close. If you're feeling ambitious, you can get smaller six ounce pours of all three and try your hand at a small vertical tasting. Reservations are not required but are recommended and can be made by calling Acre at 773-334-7600.
