After closing at the end of 2014 Cubs season, this outpost of the popular beer maker seemed dead. But it returned for opening day 2015. The beer selection alone is enough of a draw at this local brewery, where we can happily while away an afternoon nursing a crisp 312 Urban Wheat Ale or malty Smoked Porter. But pair our drinks of choice with a Paulina Market sausage sampler of locally made links or a baked Bavarian pretzel, and things look even better.
