It's the cleanest design-wise, most Pinterest-y brewery probably ever, with light wood, white accents and a simple bar. Focusing on lighter beers, Hopewell does best with its First Lager, a year round crowd-pleaser and its Swift IPA, which is bright and citrusy. There's brewery tours, board games and you can order in food—which sounds like an entire afternoon.
