Time Out says
Celebrating brewers from throughout the state, Illinois Craft Beer Week brings a long list of tap-takeovers, dinners, special tappings and other beer-related events to Chicago. Organized by Illinois Craft Brewers Guild, the week-long event series kicks off with the Beer Under Glass festival at the Garfield Park Conservatory (May 10). Other notable events include the Battle of the Breweries dodgeball tournament hosted at the Goose Island Barrel House (May 11), a NEIPA Tap Takeover at Forbidden Root (May 15) and the Hops for Hope beer festival at Old Irving Brewing (May 16).
