On weekends, the second floor of this gargantuan, 775-person-capacity bar is a giant cesspool of twentysomethings pounding shots to thumping DJ beats beneath a retractable glass roof. But any other day of the week, Barleycorn is pretty much your average upscale sports bar, scaled up by a thousand and staffed by surprisingly knowledgeable, accommodating bartenders.
