If 9:30pm seems a little early for alcohol-fueled antics, and by antics we mean a drunken regular named James who'll likely hit you up (twice) for a dollar for the jukebox, keep in mind that this slashy closes at midnight. And it's clear that everybody's got a lot of beer-drinking, chips-eating and lottery-ticket scratching to do before then.
