We absolutely love the idea of a slightly scuzzy bar being surrounded by uppity, polished, tourist-filled restaurants. The winding bar area is occupied by loners watching the big screen, but near the surrounding checkered tablecloth–topped tables is the more gregarious set. And in the back, three pool tables are ripe for a good game.
