P.J. Clarke's (CLOSED)

Modeled after the more-than-a-century-old bar in Manhattan, this Streeterville watering hole channels old-school service and style (read: lots of mahogany, more than 50 bottles of Scotch and polite bartenders). But the best part is something that’s completely Chicago and new-school: a trio of mini-burgers, topped with a pickle slice and made for soaking up suds.
