The airbrushed wall murals, red-leather booths and tchotchke explosions at this Cabo San Lucas–inspired mini chain (whose first Chicago outpost is a practically identical bar on the Gold Coast) are giving us a serious case of the MTV-Spring-Break-1994 flashbacks. No wet-T-shirt contests the night we visited, but when a bar's signature drink is a 32-ounce margarita, staying classy would just be killing the joy.
