Whiskey flights, a rotating selection of a gajillion bourbons and a spacious room patrolled by some of the friendliest servers east of the Pecos. Throw in a relaxed neighborhood vibe and decent outdoor seating and you’ve got the point. So, what’s not to like? The food, sadly, is not worthy of the whiskey. But as an after-dinner watering hole, PitchFork has its charms.
