This Polish tavern is full of lads drinking Okocim spiked with raspberry syrup and watching soccer on TV, but for an escape, there’s a beer garden and a section of loungey leather banquettes divided by fringed curtains where ladies in slinky tops sip Cosmos and appletinis (half price for women on Wednesdays). The service is fantastic, and there’s a small menu of Polish-style bar food like borscht and French bread pizza (served traditionally, with ketchup).
