This unpretentious, low-lit sister bar to Rocks Lincoln Park has a good lineup of microbrews (including beers from Cleveland’s Great Lakes Brewery) and a solid menu of pub grub to soak it all up. But the name refers to its impressive lineup of whiskeys, which is worth a try just to see the size of the ice cube they use to keep the drinks cold.

I live right down the street and am a frequent visitor of Rocks. No complaints here! Delicious food, great beer selection, awesome specials & friendly, fun staff!
In terms of bro bars, this Lakeview spot isn't terrible. The food is okay, the drinks are reasonable and when a Chicago sports team is losing the crowd here isn't that aggressive. It wouldn't be my first choice (or my 101st), but it holds a special place in my heart because I used to work at the Treasure Island across the street and watch the Bears games through the window on my breaks.
The food's not the greatest, but the friendly staff, an inviting atmosphere that's not too plastered with TVs and the strong selection of craft beers and whiskeys make this a favorite neighborhood bar. In the summer, the sidewalk seating on a well-trafficked stretch of Broadway makes for prime people-watching on a weekend afternoon.
