This Old Town spot may be SIU headquarters, but it feels like a neighborhood bar in Any ’Hood Chicago: dim lights, regulars dominating the bar space and at least three flat-screens flickering. The surprise comes from the expansive menu, which goes beyond typical pub grub of chicken fingers and fries to include surprisingly good choices such as portabella goat cheese sandwiches, lamb kebabs and seared sea scallops.
