If size matters, there's no better bar in Boystown than this well-hung hot spot. Six big rooms—we like the bustling Glass Bar—are all packed with cute, frisky boys distracting themselves with the same three things: the videos on the wall, the drink in their hand and the ass in your jeans.

I love SIdetracks for many reasons. First it is huge, there are literally many different bars all in one space; I especially love the rooftop during the summer. Each night of the week is a different theme, so it transforms into a different atmosphere every day. The video screens on the wall make for great entertainment and often provide humor. The staff is really fun and friendly and they have a decent drink menu. What I love most about Sidetracks though, is it is more than a bar, It is a LGBTQ community space. They are very active in the neighborhood as well as Chicago in general. I appreciate the fact they host social-justice causes and their monthly "Out Spoken" series. Sidetracks is a beloved Boystown staple.
This is the musical's answer to sports bars. I was in love the minute I walked in the door! Love the place, love the cliental, love the sing-alongs, love the drinks!
