From the loungey white furniture to the balmy breezes to the god-awful cocktails, this hotel rooftop lounge is like every other in Chicago, with one exception: For whatever reason (the inexplicably bad sound quality of the music? The small square footage? The tucked-away Streeterville location?), you might actually find an open seat.
