Spring Cocktail Competition

Time Out Market bartenders are going head to head in a boozy cocktail competition—and we need your help to choose the winner! These mix masters pulled inspiration from the stars on the Chicago flag, building custom drinks in four spirit categories: Fort Dearborn (brandy or cognac), Chicago Fire (mezcal), Columbian Exposition (gin) and Century of Progress Exposition (vodka). The four-part throwdown will be hosted on Monday nights in March from 6 to 9pm.

Every week, eight bartenders will showcase their unique cocktail creations to the public and a panel of judges in hopes of making it to the next round. Two finalists from each spirit category will face off live in the second-floor demo kitchen to determine the winning cocktail, which will appear on Time Out Market's new spring cocktail menu. We're counting on your vote (and your taste buds!) to choose the winners.
