Time Out says

Guys, don’t even bother. This River North hangout has plenty of tables to nosh on a burger and a big, circular bar with plenty of stools to put down your pints. But after work, it’s crowded three-suits-deep with men trying to flirt with the gorgeous bartenders, so only a woman could get lucky here.

Tried to come here last night. Ran into an old friend on the corner and us, along with many other people were discussing our plans for the remainder of the night. Stood there talking for about 10 mins and decided to go to boss bar. My friend's friend wasn't able to get in because he had rips in his jeans. His jeans fit snugly, and were on his waist- but they said no. I was fine with this until they let the white guy behind him inside- who also had on ripped jeans- because he was wearing a belt 😒. So me and my girl friend were waiting in line, and as we get to the front, the bouncer points in our direction and says "don't let those girls in. They was wit them niggas" 🙁 I thought they were refereeing to someone behind us, until we got to the front and they made us exit the line....standing there confused, we asked the bouncer what we did wrong. He said "we were standing on the corner about 30 mins ago, so you cant come in" 🤔🤔🤔🤔 I didn't realize that was a crime. He then says To my guy friend "if you have any more questions, come talk to me tomorrow. I'll show you how to get money out of these white people"...the bouncers were black FYI, and idk if this made it better on worse 🤔 never coming to this place again. We were going to spend money, and I guess that bc we are black you all were under the assumption that we weren't....? I always hear about this place being racist, but never really experienced it until tonight.

Went last night and was a little surprised that they had decent bar food. There are little to no seats unless you sit at the car so it not the most amazing group spot. However we made it work and had many $4 gin and tonics. The bartender was really nice and I was surprised it wasn't as awful as I thought it would be.
