The Double Urban Tavern

The western wing of Logan Square has you covered on ropa vieja and beer-and-shot bars, but there’s not much in the way of classy confines featuring craft beer. Enter the Double, where tasteful antique-ish chandeliers, a pretty wooden bar and dark tin ceilings help offset those omnipresent killers of ambience: the flat-screens. The game might be on, but most of the arty crowd is focused instead on choosing between Robert the Bruce on draft or a bomber of Stone’s Arrogant Bastard.
