Time Out says

On the one hand, the BOKA Restaurant Group’s year-round rooftop bar is unlike any other in the city: It boasts destination-themed cocktails, seasonal small-plates and sweeping, mesmerizing, breathtaking views of Lincoln Park from the 13th-floor roof of the Hotel Lincoln. On the other hand, it’s still a rooftop bar, which means you might need to sacrifice your first-born just to get a seat.

Awesome view in downtown Chicago! The specialty cocktails are amazing. I love the Vino de Sol and the Enchanted Fruit. A little but pricey but definitely a great place to visit when friends are in town or to start your night.

Stunning view. Great outdoor area. Definitely one of the best rooftop bars in Chicago. Fun during the day or at night. Perfect with friends or a date. The drinks are great. The Three Guarantees is my personal favorite. Two thumbs up.

The J. Parker is my favorite rooftop bar in the city! The views and the drinks are both amazing and it is my go to spot in the summer. I love doing happy hours at the J. Parker because it is a perfect view for the sunsets!

Got to check out the J. Parker recently with a friend and it was a blast! You can enjoy a good beer while sitting on a killer patio with an incredible view of the city. I highly recommend checking it out!

The J Parker has one of my favorite views of the city on a gorgeous summer day. The service is usually quite friendly, and it's got much less of a stuffy vibe than other Chicago rooftops. That said, if you are deterred by crowds and loud clubby music, I'd avoid this place on Sundays. It definitely has more of a fast-paced, club vibe. Not sure about on Saturdays. But on a warm weeknight, it's especially lovely. I'd recommend splitting fries and snacks with friends while sipping on a gin cocktail (or three).

The J Parker has one of the best rooftops in the city, and especially in summer. The views are great and their destination-themed drinks are quite lovely. It's no Three Dots, but on a hot summer night I'd rather be on top of a building rather than in the basement of one.
