Stan Wozniak, formerly behind the Gold Coast’s Jilly’s, tries his hand in River North, where two floors are split into four distinct rooms. One features a piano crooner; another is a disco, mirror balls and all. The suited-up crowd leans mature—north of 40—and expects to progress from Sinatra, to ’80s to pop, roughly in correlation to martini consumption.
