The Squared Circle

Bar owner and pro wrestler Lisa Marie Varon has covered the walls here with autographed wrestling uniforms, but the main TV above the bar was playing the Hawks game, not the WWE, when we visited. The Squared Circle’s out-of-the-way location—on Ashland near Fullerton, with no other nightlife in sight—seems to be working against it, at least on nights when there’s not a big wrestling match. Tip: Skip the short list of lackluster cocktails and go for the spiked milkshakes, including strawberry with vanilla vodka.
