What does it say about our city that this small, enclosed rooftop bar above the W Hotel Lakeshore is still a popular haunt on the North Side? That we really like hotel bars? That we appreciate a good view of Navy Pier? None of the above. We simply know a good bar when we see it, and we’re not about to let the tourists have all the fun.
