Ever want to try an entire lineup of a brewery's beers in one go? Tap takeovers can help you do just that. Bars and restaurants are partnering with breweries to serve tastes of their select brews, and you're sure to find something new at these tap takeovers.

Dark Horse Brewing Company at Fountainhead: Fountainhead's brewery of the month is Dark Horse, and to celebrate the end of February (hello, spring!), the restaurant will tap the Chicago exclusive release of Rain in Blood, a blood orange pale ale. But rare and hard to find doesn't stop there. You'll also find the Homo Sapien, a cherry tripel on draft along with a few of Dark Horse's mainstays. Friday, February 26 at 7pm. Beers start at $5.

Hopewell Brewing at Small Bar: The new Logan Square brewery and taproom will take over the space at Small Bar, tapping all five of their offerings, with two lagers, two IPAs and a saison. Sunday, February 28 from noon–2am.

Pollyanna Brewing at Dove's Luncheonette: Pollyanna Brewing Company will tap two of its beers at Dove's Luncheonette, including the Sgt. Schultz's Alt! Who Goes There?, a German altbier, and Ludic Lager, a Vienna lager. Chef Dennis Bernard will be serving dishes from his yet to be released new dinner menu. Expect chorizo and clam fideos, trucha con aguachile and cornmeal fried catfish. Thursday, March 3 at 5pm. Specials run all weekend. Beers are $6 for a 12-ounce pour.
