In the world of hyper-specific cafes opening in Chicago this week (marshmallows and mac and cheese anyone?), Nutella has chosen Chicago as the home of its very first owned and operated restaurant, the Nutella Cafe, set to open at 151 N Michigan Avenue.

The hazelnut spread we spread on our croissants when we want to feel fancy will provide a sweet fix at all times, whether you just need a jar of it or a pre-made treat to go with your lunch. The cafe will open on May 31st at 10am and the first 400 people who show up will get some special surprises, still to be determined.

For hazelnut lovers, this might be the best thing that's happened since the opening of the Nutella bar inside of Eataly. Mark your calendars and look forward to having all of your Nutella-covered dreams come true.
