Chicago news anchors discover 'rod of high pressure'

It's a bird! It's a plane! It's a...penis?

Indeed.

The WGN Morning News crew had a laugh this morning when a "helpful viewer" notified them of a curiously shaped storm system. Incidentally, it was shaped like a specific organ of male anatomy: a dick. Wow. Cool. Thanks. Neat. Penises are funny.

The men of the news crew proceeded to crack a slew of dad jokes about how the East Coast was really "getting the shaft."

"They call that a rod of high pressure," one chimed.

The guy manning the soundboard paired a sound clip of a cartoon spring (boi-oi-oing) with the ostentatious graphic.

Together, they chuckled like a cadre of fourth graders who had just drawn a dick on the class nerd's social studies folder.*

Someone even said, "Schwing!"

Sigh. Boys, will be boys.
