Cole Theatre, a Chicago company that made its debut in 2014 with Mike Leigh's Ecstasy, will return to production next month with the Chicago debut of rising playwright Caroline V. McGraw's The Bachelors. Erica Weiss directs the dark comedy, about three male roommates living like frat boys long far too long past college age, who are finally forced to reckon with their behavior. It's to be McGraw's first production in Chicago.
The cast includes Cole Theatre artistic director Boyd Harris along with Nicholas Bailey and Shane Kenyon. The Bachelors will run March 17–April 10 at the Greenhouse Theater Center.
