Chicago has a robust cocktail scene, but it's easy to fall into habits and go to the same spots again and again. Try mixing it up a bit–these bars have recently added new cocktails to their menu that might just pique your palate.

SableWith their "Winter Warmers" cocktail list, head over to Sable to find something that'll warm your soul as temperatures start to dip a bit early next week. Try the Blazed & Infused, made with marshmallow honey tea syrup, a rum-soaked marshmallow, amaro, Rum Diplomático and St. George Agricole Rum. ($15)

Eataly: Through February 28, head up to the second floor of Eataly to find a ski lodge popup, called Casa Bombardino. They'll be serving up a Bombardino, a hot cocktail made with brandy and Zabov liqueur, topped with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon. ($8)

The Commons Club: One of the bars at the Virgin Hotel has rolled out a new cocktail menu, with a variety of crowd-pleasing cocktails. Grab the Walking in the Woods, made with Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Breckenridge Bitter liqueur, sassafras syrup, Old Man Guavaberry liqueur, Freak of Nature oolong tea and oak bitters. ($14)

The Heavy FeatherFor the first time since they opened last year, the Heavy Feather is introducing a brand new menu. We're suckers for sherry, so try the bungalow, with reposado, orgeat, Oloroso sherry, pineapple and orange. ($10)
