Every November, Goose Island releases its lineup of Bourbon County Brand Stout, bringing beer geeks and beer nerds together in Black Friday madness starting early in the morning and running all day at Binny's Lincoln Park sales and Goose Island Clybourn tastings. This year, Goose Island will be releasing the Chicago-only Proprietor's variant a little differently and a little earlier than usual.

From now until October 25, you can enter a lottery every day to win the opportunity to buy Proprietor's a week earlier than the rest of the BCBS release. You can win up to two tickets; each ticket will allow a guest to buy up to one bottle of Bourbon County Stout Proprietor's or a Bourbon County vintage bottle (no details on what those are yet) and attend a Bourbon County celebration at the Barrel Warehouse on November 20 from 12–4pm.

The Proprietor's Day event will start at the Fulton Street location where you'll have the opportunity to buy your bottles of choice, then be provided with a ride to the Barrel Warehouse where you'll get a tote bag, snifter and two tokens to try the 2016 Bourbon County Original and Proprietor's. You'll also get four additional tokens for Goose Island beers and for timed releases of vintage Bourbon County Stout pours. Want to try more BCBS 2016? You can buy more tokens if you'd like—they'll have it on tap for the entire event.
