The group that brought you Au Cheval and Bavette's will soon bring you 3 Greens Market, a casual restaurant meets coffee shop meets marketplace concept at 354 W Hubbard St. The new spot will offer dishes like burgers and fries from Small Cheval, pastrami from the now defunct Dillman's, bakery items from Bavette's, coffee from C.C. Ferns Coffee and its own hot and cold salad bar, entrees and small batch and bottled cocktails.
The space is divided into two rooms. One is a coffee shop with couches, movies, board games and communal work spaces. The other will house the salad bar and act as a more traditional dining room where you can order larger meal items.
The River North market plans to be open Monday through Friday 7am–7pm with lunch service beginning at 11am, so North Loop and River North workers have a new spot to grab lunch.
