You may not be able to stand in a long line to order Hot Doug's sausages at its vacated Avondale storefront, but you can try many of the restaurant's classic dishes during the second annual Dog Dayz of Summer Festival at the Goose Island Barrel Warehouse.
The festival takes place on June 24th and 25th, featuring beers from Goose Island (still to be announced) and music from the likes of Clap Your Hands Say Yeah and the Waco Brothers. Tickets aren't cheap ($74.84), but the price of admission includes all-you-can-eat sausages, three beers and one rare selection from Goose Island.
