Doug Sohn can't seem to stay idle for long. After closing Hot Doug's in October, he did a special collaborative pizza with Piece Brewing & Pizzeria, is holding a special pop-up at Paulina Meat Market on May 16, and now will be holding a two-day summer festival, Dog Dayz of Summer, the Tribune first reported.

The event is sponsored by Goose Island and will be held at the Goose Island Barrel Warehouse in Humboldt Park on June 27 and 28. The festival will have two sessions, at noon and 5pm. Each session is $75 and includes all the sausages you can eat, duck-fat fries and beer. There's also going to be live music and Sohn will be serving up the sausages himself.

Tickets go on sale at 10am this morning and are available here.
