Chicago sports can be a total bummer sometimes.
But last night, we pretty much knew the nail was in the coffin by the time Marian Hossa scored the Blackhawks' fourth goal of the night, off his skate nonetheless. Still, getting there, all the way to game seven, was a hard fought battle. The Anaheim Ducks put up a good fight. Game one was a total let down, game two was the longest in Blackhawks history and game four was absolutely insane in the best sort of way.
But who wouldn't have wanted it to go down like this? True Chicago sports have their ups and downs, even when we have a legend like Michael Jordan on our team.
Right now, there is no team in sports more emblematic of our city than the Chicago Blackhawks. We lose some, we win more. We have a big heart and it's always a tough fight to the end.
Chicago might be America's largest city, but we out-lasted Los Angeles. And New York is out of the picture, thanks to a hockey team in Tampa Bay, where ice shouldn't even exist.
Without further adieu, here's the best of our Blackhawks celebrations. #GOHAWKS.

Paging the @AnaheimDucks to the Honda Center. The #ChicagoBlackhawks have started the game without you. #CHIvsANA
