Lettuce Entertain You announced today that Aaron Martinez (most recently of Intro) will be the chef de cuisine at il Porcellino, the new Italian concept coming to River North in the shuttered Paris Club this spring. He'll join Julian Cox from LA, who is overseeing the beverage program.
The restaurant will focus on rustic Italian dishes, with a menu that's heavy on house-made pastas, vegetable antipasti and focaccia pizza.
