The warmer weather this week isn't the only sign that spring is finally here—Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams is opening its second Chicago location in Wicker Park on March 17 at 1505 North Milwaukee Avenue.
It's no secret we're crazy about Jeni's, the Ohio-based ice cream shop from Jeni Britton Bauer, who's actually an Illinois native. The new spot will debut with an opening-night party from 7–10pm. There's free ice cream all evening, and the first 50 people in line will get a mug designed by Jeni's Art + Design team.
The menu will be the same as at the Southport location, with ice cream, frozen yogurt, sorbet, macaron ice cream sandwiches and Intelligentsia coffee.
