The Blackhawks' season came to an untimely end in April, but team captain Jonathan Toews is using the extra time off to makes some moves in the local real estate market. This week, he listed his Lincoln Park mansion for $3.899 million, up from the $3.525 million that he paid for it in 2014.

The five-bedroom, five-bathroom home is what you'd expect from one of Chicago's most well-known athletes. It has four fireplaces, a private rooftop deck and its own gym. The property taxes on this puppy aren't exactly cheap, though: Toews paid more than $43,000 in 2014.

It's unclear where Toews will move once he sells his Lincoln Park spot, but considering that the Blackhawks have him under contract through 2023, he'll remain in the Chicago area.

At 28, Toews has three Stanley Cup championships, two Olympic gold medals and is now involved in one of the most expensive residential property sales in the entire city. I'd say he's doing pretty well.
